We Had a terrible water emergency one evening. We contacted one 800 water damage and they sent an excellent remediation guy by the name of Mauricio. He came out at 10 PM at night. He has been here every day since April 21 when the accident happened. He is very professional, caring, qualified and works on and beyond the call of his job. We were losing five rooms of hardwood, which was practically new and also total loss in a finish Basement. He was able to save the hardwood, which was our main Concern. He is professional, efficient, and responsive. I could not be happier with my experience with 1-800-water damage. Geoff and Don and their entire team was immediately responsive and professional from the initial cleanup to the redesign and reconstruction. Honestly, it looks better than it did before the water leak. I would recommend them every time!

I am so grateful that I found this company, my house flooded over Christmas weekend and they have been nothing but great. Very patient with the entire process including dealing with insurance and mortgage. Geoff, Levi, Ricardo, and Laura have been such a pleasure to work with. They've been very communicative and diligent with the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend them. Update: they were a pleasure to work with and communicated well. They took care of everything for me and was patient with the mortgage company/insurance delays. They did a wonderful job with the renovation.

We had a water leak in our house and these guys came out right away and got started. We saw Ben every day and he was pleasant and efficient. He worked with our schedule and kept us in the loop as to where we stood with the moisture level. Ben… I hope we never have to see you again lol but if we do have water problems…. We will call you first!

Thank you for getting our house back together in a timely manner. Highly recommend !! They did a great job replacing the sub floor, drywall and carpet. Very happy with the turn around time and everything looks great.
