COIT Cleaning & Restoration

Used this service yesterday for carpet cleaning for 1 floor of stairs and a master closet. Was quoted $135 over phone before booking (as this is their minimum). Owner Jim advised since they are located 45 minutes away they could not provide in person quote but would come out & complete service. Day of service, the technician was a no call no show. I called owner who sent out another technician several hours later to complete. Technicians were nice and friendly however upon arrival stated $250 and added $25 service charge. I watched them complete task which was done in under 30 minutes and did not add any extra scrub services which could justify the extra charge. They sprayed the carpet then used steamer to clean. I called the owner next day to talk about unexpected service/charge and he would not issue any refund and stated he stood behind technicians. Advised $25 service charge is for price of equipment/chemicals, which makes no sense to me. Would not recommend, seems like a scam to charge more at time of service...

I called to schedule a cleaning for a large leather couch. The booking was easy and the owner was kind. He said it would be about $400, which seemed high but he said the techs would spend hours doing a very thorough cleaning. The cleaning techs charged $625 and were here for no more than 45 minutes from start to finish. The couch looks OK, but not much better and it was definitely not worth $625. I totally got ripped off. Would not recommend.

Jim from COIT has been super helpful and knowledgeable. He's advised my property manager to implement long term solutions instead of short term fixes. He identified an issue with the central air conditioning unit that an HVAC company failed to correctly identify. I think he's saved me money and stress while renting a house plagued by flooding, mold, and maintenance problems.

My initial cleaning through COIT was truly exceptional! My floors have undergone a remarkable transformation, looking as if they had been freshly put down. The team from COIT was meticulous in their approach, thoroughly cleaning each room. It was evident that they took the time to carefully move furniture and relocate any necessary items, ensuring everything was returned to its original position. The past year has been challenging as I’ve been caring for an elderly family member, which has left me with limited time and energy to maintain my home as I would like. However, the team from COIT came to the rescue, taking care of the neglected areas and making my home look as if I had just moved in. Now, I continue to tackle other areas as needed and will rely on this group to help maintain the cleanliness and order of my home. Great service. Techs came on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a really thorough job leaving my carpets looking so much better. I would definitely recommend them.

Jose was just the best employee you could ever hope for. COIT should always aspire to hire employees just like him. * He called ahead. * He did a walkthrough with me and then he told me step-by-step exactly what I could expect from today's service. * He was polite. * Before he reached the final item on his to-do list, he asked us to review all other items he had already completed. * He was thorough. * He labeled my furnace so we can track future appointments. * He cleaned up his items and went about his way. * AND... Two days after, Jose did a follow-up phone call to make sure we were pleased with the Air Ducts, Grout scrubbing and Carpet Cleaning he did. (That last step prompted this review) It was a pleasure to do business with your company and I not only will be back, I shall tell others. - Robert

I am a new homeowner and my house needed some major updates and fixing. I called around a few places, and felt most assured with Coit. The person over the phone was very nice and gave me a great quote. The technician that came out fixed my tile and grout, carpet cleaning and air duct work. They were on time, explained everything to me they would be doing and the process. I am very happy with my services and would highly recommend! My carpets look brand new as well as my bathroom tile!
