I have been impressed every step of the way with Michaelis company. I bought a home that after taking up very old tile and carpet, discovered extensive damage to the subfloor and some floor joists from water intrusion and mold. I contracted Michaelis for both mold remediation and full/complete renovation of my bathroom and kitchen. They have been professional, compassionate, timely and have done impeccable work while taking care to stay in the budget I gave. Specifically Cole and Anthony. These are the best in the business. I could not be more pleased. All of the crews they employed have been representative of their professionalism. I will be using them again for any future work I may need. Attached are photos of the damaged floors and walls and then the results. Note that the floors were installed by Lowe’s from a separate contract.

If you want to work with a company that is very responsive, honest, reliable and won’t break the bank, then call Michaelis. I hired Michaelis to do foundation repairs on my house, those repairs were described as excellent in a report by an independent inspector.

The people at Michaelis were great to work with from beginning to end. We started with a very detailed and comprehensive estimate to encapsulate our crawlspace. It was obvious that going with a local company instead of a franchise of a giant corporation would yield better communication and results. They were able to accommodate our time frame and address all of our concerns. The crew worked efficiently, were very respectful and made sure we were totally happy before leaving. There was follow up after the work, making sure all was well. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience working with Michaelis. Raja worked with us through a difficult situation while we were purchasing a home and was able to identify some pretty significant mold issues in the basement. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. Once the needs were identified, he was able to help us get the work scheduled along with the front office. The crew that completed the work was punctual and also excellent with communication. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed it within the time frame they projected. We will use them again if a need for their services ever comes up again.

Our experience with Michaelis was seamless and easy from start to finish of our project. David came out and did a thorough job estimating the work and working with our insurance adjuster. Our project manager, Jacob, selected excellent subs and got people in and out around our schedules. He was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. I can’t thank them both enough for taking such good care of us and our home.

I had Raja Albadri come out to look at a project and was extremely satisfied. He was professional and knowledgeable. I took the time to talk me through everything and followed up with all of my questions via text. Overall great experience. Would recommend!
