After a limb punctured a hole in my roof, my roof/ceiling and some wall insulation was saturated with rainwater and caused mold growth. PuroClean immediately responded with an estimate that was quickly approved by my insurance. They came out on a Saturday to start the remediation process, first helping move the largest pieces of furniture away, then wrapping the nearby furniture, ripping out the necessary ceiling and wall sheetrock, and removing the insulation. They responded to all of my questions, and showed me the various areas of mold growth – on the crown molding, baseboards, behind the exterior walls, on ceiling decking, etc. Two days into the remediation, a wall was still wetter than it should have been. They unveiled an active termite swarm, making the job more complicated. The team led by Andrew and Tony were top professionals, showing up as promised, maintaining the remediation area and caring for the overall site, and following through to complete the job. My insurance provided me two companies who do mold remediation. The other company’s estimator never returned my calls to schedule an estimate. Regardless, I am glad I went with PuroClean.

My entire downstairs was flooded when the expansion chamber to my hot water heater ruptured (while I was away from home, of course!) The Puroclean crew was amazing!!! Great attention to detail, so courteous, professional, kind, and accommodating. Would definitely use them again!!! Everyone that visits tell me that it looks better than it did before… My project manager, Rey, was outstanding. He absolutely took a lot of time and effort to make sure I was pleased with the results. I would also like to recommend Aaron that replaced the carpet on the stairs and floors with LVP. He and his team did an outstanding job-it looks awesome!

PuroClean is an exceptional company in every way. I had a water leak in the shower, and it overflowed into the garage. Rey & Laura scheduled all the right people to be here for mitigation and completion. My Master Bathroom looks spectacular! I recommend their services to everyone.

Talk about great service and helpful people. These guys took time out of their busy morning to give me a battery jump when my car wouldn’t start. WOW! To see people like Les, Peter and Tyler are out there helping people is awesome. That’s the kind of people I want helping me when I need them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A giant tree fell on half my house…. It was a BIG job! Laura was amazing as she talked me through the process and was VERY diligent finding out exactly what I needed and wanted. I really appreciated all of her help… and patience with me! Rey was JUST as amazing! He has been very careful to get the details right, he’s been honest and upfront when he thought my ideas may not work as I’d thought they should, he’s been upfront about costs and materials, everyone has been very professional. The teams that came over to work on the house have been very respectful and even cleaned up after themselves! I was less than calm about the whole experience. It’s been a lot to handle but I wasn’t alone! I have had Rey and Laura help me through it answering my questions and guiding me along the way! I’m very greatful for them and would highly recommend this team to anyone needing their services! The work is nearly complete and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!
