Hang out to the end - this is all background info to set the stage for a fantastic result. We had a disastrous, messy, terrible experience with a project requested by our HOA - they ripped out our shower in our condo to reach the unit below. The tiler that the plumber sent did the WORST job EVER - they only tiled the bottom half of the shower, tiles were crooked, they did not use proper board behind the tile, they put the shower doors back on backwards and let the BIGGEST mess ever - inside and outside of the bathroom and on our front patio where they staged. As this was not our job, we opened a complaint with the HOA who determined that we had definitely been wronged. They hired Marcus and 24HRC to redo the entire job. 100% YES. BEST IDEA EVER. From start to finish, Marcus was on site daily to check on the status of the job. Our bedroom was masked off and the carpet and flooring was completely covered. Elder, Marcus's lead tiler, arrived promptly every day and worked efficiently to see the job to the finish. He asked if we minded if he took a little extra time toward the end because he really wanted it to be perfect. We were absolutely fine with that! The end result is a gorgeous shower and we paid for new doors. There was not a speck of dirt, dust or trash left behind. It was like they were NEVER there, except for leaving me with a beautiful shower. 24HRC were contracted to come and repair the drywall in my water heater closet on December 18, 2024. By January 31, 2025 they had completely ghosted me with no communication. They left the wall of my water heater closet completely open and did not return to work on it for weeks until the day after I left my initial review. My family, including our five-year-old and a premature infant, were stranded without hot water in the middle of winter. Even after the work was finally completed I had to pressure them to send written documentation to my HOA that the work was completed before they could schedule a plumber to come re-install my water heater. Very disappointed in this company but I returned to update the review now that the work has been completed.

My association contracted with 24 HRC for mold remediation and repair. The office and workers were excellent. They came out the next day after they received the proper paperwork. The workmen were careful, knowledgable, efficient, and neat. I would certainly use them if I had a need in the future.

Workers were quick and efficient. Project manager was very communicative. These situations are never a great situation to be in but this company made it as painless as possible.

Thank you for the work you have done to remediate the water damage and mold on our unit and the adjoining unit. We are so elated that we can now replace the flooring, the mirrored wall, the kitchen cabinets and move back in. Your demo crew did a great job with preserving the counters and backsplash using the 2x4s. This will save a big expense. Thank you for your part in bringing this leg to closure. We greatly appreciate your timely attention to this headache.

We went through an extensive remodel within the last 2 years and, unfortunately, we had a major flood recently. 24 HRC has been incredible from the moment of our first panicked call and each step along the way. The attention to detail through the remediation phase and into the reconstruction was remarkable, particularly in contrast to the majority of contractors we have worked with. Their consultative approach, professionalism and sensitivity during a tough time was so appreciated.
