I was very pleased with this company, because they were able to successfully evaluate our walls for mold. They were honest and very knowledgeable. We had mold and another company came in and had to cut the wall out and fix the problem, but they failed to look at the other walls connected, and there was mold on the quarter round. Great experience with Pure Maintenance! I put in a request due to what I suspected was water damage and mold in our kitchen cabinets and got a call within 30 minutes to schedule an inspection. When the inspection confirmed the damage, we were scheduled for the work to start just a couple days later. While they were completing the work to remove the damaged cabinets and drywall they were able to find that a pipe broke in the wall and had been leaking water behind there, and they had a plumber come out the same day to fix it. They also found the damage extended further than intially anticipated and had no issue with removing those areas as well. They were also able to connect us with a company that could put up drywall and install new kitchen cabinets. My family is glad we found Pure Maintenance and we appreciate their hard work and efficiency! Definitely recommend!
