911 Restoration of Jacksonville

Had only been in our home for a week when we experienced a flood in the house due to plumbing. My property manager called 911 restoration out to handle the job. Considering the situation we had the best experience with this company. They showed up on time, explained everything that they were there to do, then once the job was completed they did a walk through with us to show the completed work. The staff were very professional and friendly. Awesome work and awesome work crew! Would definitely recommend this company to any family or friends if ever in need of any services provided by this company. -One Happy Customer! 🙂

The crew at 911 Restoration are amazing! They quickly responded to my initial request for service, and helped me throughout the whole process. When I found out the extent of repairs needed for my ceiling I was a little overwhelmed, but these guys reassured me, and put me at ease every step of the way. When they started working on my ceiling they quickly realized I also had carpenter ants, and the work had to be stopped until we took care of that first. While most companies would have told me to call them back when the problem was fixed, 911 Restoration stayed with me and worked WITH the pest control guy! They were pulling insulation and spraying the ants at the same time making sure that the issue wasn't just covered up for the time being, but completely taken care of. This was really impressive to me! I can't imagine doing this without them! Even my pest control guy treats me better and knows I mean business 🙂 Even though the whole project took a couple of weeks, I could tell that everyday was progressing. 911 Restoration doesn't put a band aid on your problem, they fix you up like new, and do it correctly! No corners are cut with this crew. They're also honest and fair with their pricing. I can't describe how grateful I am for this company. Not only is the craftsmanship impeccable, but their kindness and compassion were much appreciated. They go above and beyond expectations. Thanks so much guys!!!!

Sam and her team at 911 Restoration came out during the 4th of July Holiday weekend so that we could get a second opinion on a mold issue. She was polite, on time and left a good impression. We moved forward with 911 and Sam to complete mold remediation after our initial impression. She was in and out and made the process convenient and awesome. We will be recommending 911 Restoration and have provided their information to our Realtor so that she too, can use them as a referral source!

Paul, Samantha and Angelo showed up on time and was courteous, polite and professional. They were very thourough, knowlegdeable and informative. 911 Restoration is priced fairly and their quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend this company for mold and water damage remediation.

Very unprofessional, not on time, leaves fans on site for more money, had to pry information from worker, one guy had to handle the entire site not adequate staffing, took out drywall in inappropriate areas, left my doors in shambles, just very inadequate, unprofessional,and jokes in the industry. Update:weeks go by, owner, sees review calls and tells me I'm a liar I'm not being honest, he was there with thin 45 mins, not true..one man worked for 2 plus hours before help arrived..which was the owner & one helper..Paul was almost done by that time but hauling out carpet, that by the way was not picked up the next day, said it would be,.I have zero reason to lie..I'm the always right customer I thought..my experience was lacking the professionals. This wasnt my first rodeo with restoration...promise you 100% better customer service and work by SERVPRO! THE boss admitted to me on phone " yes we left the blowers there a day too many, but we didn't charge you!" How about my electrical bill did you pay it? Really serious, please save your time and house.

Do NOT use this company! We were taken advantage of by 911 Restoration and the contractor they recommended to rebuild our master bathroom shower that had leaked and created a mold problem. Right from the start the work that Skinner did failed, the grout was washing out from between the tiles and the pan continued to leak. When we called and asked Skinner to fix the problem we were accused of sabotaging our own shower by using harsh chemicals to clean it. We went directly to the production manager Paul Lonon and to the president Larry McQueeney to no avail. We were told and I quote, "we are done with you." We asked licensed and insured contractor to come in to see what he could do, he had to scrape out all of the grout and replace it and now one year later we had to have the entire shower rebuilt due to the horrible job Skinner did and pan once again leaking. As our new contractor tore out what Skinner did he found multiple problems, including wood in the floor of the shower, no insulation in the outside wall and overall poor workmanship. The work that Skinner did was never going to last, and he and 911 Restoration did not care. Skinner and 911 Restoration should be ashamed of themselves and the way they treated us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off and then tell you to #*&$ off. Had to give 1 star to post, but they don't deserve it.

Fantastic service!!! They received a call from a panicked, crying pregnant woman at 9am on a Sunday and immediately took action and came to my house to help. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and being so kind in the process! I would highly recommend!!!
