Nate delivers great customer service while explaining the before, during and after details of the mold remediation process. He is knowledgeable, patient and goes above and beyond to make sure the client understands the process. He does a very thorough job and unlike his competitors, shows up and shows up on time, as scheduled. He’s a pleasure to work with and a true professional.

Both gentlemen, each named Brian, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and had great skill to recover the affected areas quickly. I appreciate their help and taking the time to explain the process as well. Should I ever need their assistance again, I will be contacting One Stop again.

I spoke with Nate the representative from the company and he was very thorough and assured me that everything would be taken care of this wasn’t a great experience even though it was water damage I had a piece of mind hiring this company. Amazing service and professionalism demonstrated by the One Stop Restoration team. We were in an extreme time crunch situation, and the technician and and office staff rose to the occasion, came out immediately, gave us a quote, and addressed our issue in less than a week after our original contact. Other companies gave us a week or two timeframe before they could start the work we needed done. They also handled us with grace as we were addmitantly annoying checking and double checking their arrival. We were never disrespectful, but we called them a lot. Each time, they answered our questions and gave us what we needed without ever getting annoyed with us. We really appreciate you all.
