I called the office Sunday evening, and Eddy picked up the phone. He was here by 9am Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day). I thought the black area in my borescope picture was mold, and four other contractors, including a highly rated restoration company, agreed with my suspicion. Eddy immediately said it was not mold. He returned the next day and opened the inner wall with Diego and Marco. While the moisture damage was more widespread than initially thought, Eddy confirmed there was thankfully no mold present. Thanks to this finding I was able to focus on the source of the water leak which Eddy and his team started with water testing. This made a significant difference because restoration companies are paid by insurance companies (according to a general contractor I spoke with) based on the number of dehumidifiers and fans they deploy. The honesty and expertise of 24/7 and Eddy saved me thousands of dollars. More importantly, a potential health risk was properly assessed and mitigated. They charged me just their service fee so we will be calling them again for any other problems. After the fact, multiple people told me that restoration work has become big business (and not necessarily in a good way). 24/7 truly breaks the mold in this industry by prioritizing accuracy and integrity over profit.

Fantastic job doing the repair/remodel of our Master Bath after a minor flood. Expanded the job which included adding and replacing all our interior doors which look great!

There was a misdiagnosis and incorrect initial estimate regarding the mold situation. It turned out to be a localized issue rather than the entire ceiling needing remediation as I was told. I agreed to the estimate based on a much larger scope of work (3-5 days), but it turned out to be only 4 hours of work. To be fair, I offered to pay half of the agreed amount, but they proceeded to charge my credit card based on their full initial, incorrect estimate.

Very stressful to have water damage and had another company come out but they have vague verbal estimate - I didn’t feel comfortable so I checked reviews and this company had AMAZING reviews - they are ALL TRUE!! Eddie came out, very professional and gave me written estimate with minimum and maximum - very kind, transparent and did not pressure me. 24/7 did GREAT and they are always available (it was a weekend). Would HIGHLY recommend!

When getting our house ready to sale, we found quite a disaster in my son's bedroom closet walls and flooring. So I called my amazing handyman "OC Handyman" to get some help but he immediately called it a biohazard and highly recommended we call 24/7 Restoration. When I called them, they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They sent someone over that afternoon for their evaluation. Since our house was built before 1978, it had to be tested for asbestos and lead. They contacted another independent testing company to come test. It was done quickly but, unfortunately, it tested positive for asbestos in the drywall compound. Therefore, we needed to have that remediated by a company equipped for that type of work so they recommended Alliance Environmental Group. Following their recommendation, I called them and things were handled very quickly and professionally. I felt bad that the work went to another company since 24/7 Restoration was so professional and wonderful to work with but they said they all worked together for whatever is best for the customer. How wonderful is that!!! I appreciate all the great recommendations that were made to get this issue resolved quickly!!! Thank you, Russell, Kelly, Eddie, and Josh! You were all so wonderful to work with in a very difficult time!

Terrific crew! I had water damage in several rooms upstairs and the downstairs ceiling. The team at 24/7 was able to come out first thing in the morning, provided me with an assessment of what needed to be done, documented everything for my insurance and immediately begun the drying process. They also provided the name of an excellent plumber, checked in daily, met with the insurance claims adjuster and handled repairing all the damaged areas while minimizing the impact to our day-to-day lives. They really helped through this stressful situation with their professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

24/7 is extremely knowledgeable with what they do. I had water damage and they came out to dry everything out extremely fast and efficiently. I wasn't sure if I was going through insurance and they worked with me to keep the prices to a manageable amount. In the end they helped educate me on insurance claims and helped me with the process even though we didn't use them for the construction work. They put customer service first.
