Lyon Restoration was such a pleasure to work with. We had our basement finished recently, and every person who came to work was professional and kind. Each trade was a master of their skill! The work was done quickly and with no mess to clean up after. Furthermore, as a woman who works from home and is often hesitant to have strangers in the house, I felt EXTREMELY comfortable with each person working throughout the day. I would recommend Lyon to any family or friend!

Needs better leadership and collaboration My interactions with Lyon Restoration suggested a lack of collaborative leadership. Decisions appeared centralized around the operations manager, Sheila, and there wasn’t much openness to input from others. I hope the company works on more inclusive decision-making and respectful communication.

Lyon Restoration did an amazing job for us. They were quick to respond to our need and did outstanding work in every phase of the project. Our project had several issues to be addressed (burst pipe, water standing on concrete flooring, water soaked into carpet, sheetrock issues, asbestos problems, complications with existing plumbing, drainage concerns, lots of furniture and supplies to relocate) and they expertly tackled them all. I recommend them without any hesitation at all.
