I highly recommend ServiceMaster. I used them for the first time for water damage with mold. Ben was great and helped navigate the process with my insurance adjuster. The whole team was professional, personable and thorough in the restoration process - thanks Ben, Will and Sean! I feel confident the mold was completely removed and I can begin the process of restoring my house back to pre-loss condition.

We had an upstairs pipe burst and flooded the attic and all of our downstairs floors. Some walls and ceilings were also wet. Service Master came out immediately and began to set up their equipment. They worked diligently until the job was completed leaving our home dry and clean. Kevin, Ben and Chase were the best to work with. They were definitely on our side to help in any way that could. We had a very good experience with Servicemaster of Laurel! Our conditions were not good—-busted pipe over the kitchen in a freeze. Ceiling fell and we had water throughout first floor. They did rapid water extraction, Sheetrock cutout, placement of numerous fans, and with sophisticated moisture detection instruments, we were spared of much! Excellent customer service, response to communication, etc. They were our storage provider throughout the repair period, and we were very pleased with that, as well. Highly recommend them!
