This team is the best to work with! Everyone who came into our home was professional, kind, clean and efficent. They went above and beyond to help us find replacement flooring, cabinets, fixtures mirrors ect in the insurance budget- brought us samples to look at in our lighting- and took days sifting through options til we loved our options. Every step was handled with quick responses, professionalism and kindness. Our entire upstairs flooded so not pictured is carpet, baseboard and wall repair to several rooms as well as repairs to the garage ceiling. They cleaned everything after leaving us with a fully restored and tidy space, we have a new baby amd each worker was mindful of this as they did their jobs, chose low toxic cleaners and kept any extra noise to a minimum. We felt safe and respected through the entire process which was overwhelming to come home and find after a trip. Any small tweaks or touchups we requested were immediately and kindly addressed. Great customer service and honest contractors are almost impossible to find anymore but Disaster Repair Team sets the bar high for both. We will happily recommend them to anyone with similar needs and are so grateful we went with this company!

When my home was on the verge of serious damage and I felt completely overwhelmed, they arrived quickly and got to work right away. They worked incredibly hard and genuinely saved my house. I had an excellent experience! They responded quickly when my property was damaged, and their team showed up promptly, ready to handle the situation with professionalism and care. Their technician Jake was knowledgeable and thorough in assessing the damage, explaining the process clearly, and answering all of my questions. The cleanup was done efficiently, and they used high-quality equipment to ensure that the debris were properly removed. They also took extra care to protect undamaged areas of my home during the restoration.

The beginning with this company was fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Came in and took care of our mold and sprayed other areas that we weren't sure about. As we progressed in our mold removal journey, it ended really quick. The first quote that we had to remove the mold was $1350.00. No idea if that is good or not. The quote to repair the drywall, carpet, and trim, was $1,865. This quote felt way too high for the amount that needed to be fixed. Back to that in a moment though. After a few days of the air purifier that they provided, a team member came and picked it up. As they picked it up, they knocked a light off the ceiling and ripped paint from it. The team member who came in just left in a rush without saying anything. My wife wasn't happy and messaged our contact about it because she felt as if it wasn't right. At this point, we pretty much got ghosted. As I was trying to fix the mold problem myself, I reached out to see if they could provide insight on how I could prevent future mold. I received no response. I eventually found someone who could help me with repairs to get my room back to normal. Their quote was $1300-1450. I really wish that the journey with these guys was better, but we got ghosted once we got to a point where we wanted to figure out how we could reduce a $1900 repair and the team taking out a light and paint.

We have a big flood on our basement and they came fast and take care of us really well. Really recommend no other one will do what they do.
