Selakous Smith was extremely enjoyable to work with. He was very professional, extremely polite, and listened intently, and with empathy regarding my concerns for the repairs as well as my disappointment with several previous vendors who came out to do an assessment and took measurements, but who then never followed up to begin the work. After several more weeks of thunderstorms and directional rain with strong winds, the water damage to our home increased with each wasted week of no-shows and follow through. Mr. Smith promised after meeting with me that he and his team would come out the very next morning to begin the work and they arrived promptly as scheduled. They found several areas of rainwater intrusion through my attic and removed the wet insulation, remediated the mold, and removed all of the damaged and wet sheet rock from the affected ceilings. They then set up several fans and dehumidifiers to dry out all of the affected areas. His team of technicians were equally as professional and courteous as Mr. Smith. They set aside all of our personal belongings that could have been affected by the pending repairs, diligently protected our hardwood floors, and hauled away all of the wet insulation, sheet rock and debris. I am very pleased with their efforts and execution and I am highly satisfied with the work that was performed. I would easily and highly recommend this company, and especially this work team, to others who may be in need of similar services.

Our main project manager Dominic was great. He was constantly keeping us up to date on the project and what to expect. He and his team were very polite and professional. They were drying out our house for over a week and each day we were in constant communication as to what was going on and the progress of the house. It was a pleasure working with them.
