Mike Elkins was our project manager. I am so grateful for everything he did to get us taken care of. A tree fell on our house in May of 2024. We originally met with other agents from ServPro but Mike became our agent. If there were ever problems or questions or an issue Mike addressed it immediately. Mike was constantly updating us with information on who and when contractors would be at the house. He very cordially worked around our schedule. We felt completely at ease with Mike and knew we could trust him. We would highly recommend Mike to friends and family. We truly appreciate his constant determination to get things right.

The communication and team was not just great but impressive. I had to use them at the height of a bad storm and they responded right away and had a team of 8 in my basement with equipment onsite to dry before I could process what was going on. OUTSTANDING!!

Daniel Rodriquez (rs)and Quinton and Jessica(pm) the were very quick to respond to first call and be at the house to assist. Then Daniel and Quinton were here at the house less than 24 hours to start the process of tearing out. I would recommend this company and team for any water damage project.

My basement recently got flooded, and I contacted ServPro. Even though there were booked to the brim since we had a huge rainstorm that day, they still managed to send out a crew to help us with the carpet removal and disposal. The crew members were Tabitha and Antonio, and I highly recommended them. They were courteous, professional, and hard-working. They worked tirelessly until Midnight to removed all the carpets and paddings, as well as set up ventilation for the walls to be dried out.
