After a long slow process and blunders they sort of finished the job. Amongst broken oven door handle dents in my appliances and upside down toilet flanges I found out we could have had real plumbers and carpenters. The job was half A*** at best. They sent a 3 man crew (Robbie told me he was sending his best team? Really?) first the leader Otis rolled around on a chair or laid on the floor for most of the work. That crew quit coming and others came tore out their work and started over. We immediately had to hire a plumber to make the leaks stop and install the rocking toilet properly. Only cost 10k more. Make your own arrangements for repairs do not rely on them. Not sure why Farm Bureau would recommend them to me. Funny thing our gorgeous hardwood floor in the living room they said was contaminated nevrr ended up in the dumpster when they tore it out and put in the cheapest ugly floor they could find. Who got my beautiful floor? It couldn't have been that contaminated if it never made it to the dumpster. Hiding behind being a preacher Robbie will stick it to you.

The All Pro Restoration team quickly and professionally remediated a septic water leak in a 2nd floor tiled bathroom which also caused a 1st floor bathroom ceiling leak. They stopped the leak, sanitized and dryed the septic issue, then did reconstruction, re-tiling and painting. Everything is back to normal and looks really good.

Archie and I are thrilled we went with All Pro Restoration to do our work! Because of a water pipe burst, underneath our crawl space, we had a huge restoration insurance job! Rick and Ryan surpassed all expectations and even more with the companies they chose to do the jobs. My Professional Plummers and Fresh Coat of Knoxville were two of these crews. A special thanks to All Pro for sending the most talented Christian man to rebuild our kitchen! Alan, you were the best!!! Rick, you definitely saw this job until the end, so we feel you and your company deserve the FIVE STARS!

My wife and I had a sewer line back up a week before our vacation. The crew promptly came out and cleaned up the mess. They thoroughly sprayed cleaner and set up all the fans and dehumidifiers. The guys were very nice and the manager was very helpful when dealing with our insurance agency.

THESES GUYS ARE THE BEST AND ONLY COMPANY TO CALL PERIOD. I have used the 2 times. I had a big box chain (HEP) come out to fix an emergeny leak. HERE is HEP review I gave them. Guy came out 2 hrs late. Guy was trying to sell me on re piping whole house. He said I had to rebuild shower valves for $ 675 and wanted $300 to put me on schedule. Didnt have any equipment in van to do anything. Didnt even want to cut the sheetrock open because he said he didnt want to get his saw wet. I paid $70 for a servce call for this ? He didnt even have $2 in change for the $68 service call. So he said they would mail me $2. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Im asking for a refund of my $70. No service was done just excuses of why he could fix anything. ALL PRO FOUND A PIN HOLE in a cooper pipe causing my leak..NOT a $3,500 repipe job or $675 to rebuild my vales . Only charged for standard plumber call plus parts. ALL PRO is the best honest company I will use. You can even email me and ask me directly .

May 4 2017. Wind damage to property. Retaining wall destroyed, huge trees down, some roof damage. Recommended by Erie insurance adjuster. It's now Aug. 19,2017 still no work done. I'm in Gatlinburg they are in Knoxville so guess they feel distance is too far. Or the people they contract work to don't want the job. Terrible customer service.
