I must say the amazing pack-out team of Cass, Hannah, and Casey, far exceeded our expectations of being to pack out our home in a very quick and timely manner. The organization and organizational skills of all of the ladies was astounding and would make any business owner proud! Plus, my daughter felt like she 3 big sister for a short period of time. Service Restoration did an awesome working with us throughout the mitigation work and with the rebuild! We appreciate their flexibility to work around our schedule. Cody was very polite and answered all my questions. He was very thorough in removing the parts of floor that had water and kept me updated on next steps.

Mike Wickherst is one of the key components for this company! He cares for everyone that he works with and obviously has a heart for what he does and helping people out. I had a tree fall on my house and Mike did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of and making it a personal mission of his to make sure work got done on my house!
