We hired Kapi Restoration Co to make repairs following a severe storm. The damage was to the roof and a backed up drain in the basement that quickly bred mold. The service we received and the quality of work was great. But the most important reason to hire Adam Kapi is his invaluable experience in dealing with your insurance company. Our insurance company offered us less than $3,000 and after Adam’s presentation, persistence and (restoration and building) knowledge, settled with us for over $40,000. We have a complete new roof and after the basement was cleared, we passed the professional mold inspection. We truly appreciate Adam Kapi and the team at Kapi Restoration Co!

We have a lot of respect for Kapi. This company was extremely knowledgeable in restoration and in the insurance process. They have credible background and they are very detailed oriented. Adam and his team have been all around great individuals to work with. They gave us complete transparency during everything being done and also gave a true by the book evaluation. They worked with the insurance company so we really didn't have to as well. That took a lot of pressure off of us! They only wanted to give us 8 grand for repairs. Kapi got us about triple that. Kapi wanted us happy and to do the job right. If anyone is looking for insurance repairs or just a remodel I highly recommend Kapi for anything kind of construction needs!!! We had a pipe break in the back of our kitchen cabinets. It was a mess. But Kapi was able to give me a beautiful kitchen!!! Below I have attached some pictures. They my not be in order. They also had to redo my living room as well. The water has leaked through the wall so we were able to get new carpet and paint as well.

Thank you Kapi Restoration for my beautiful new living space! What started out to be a total disaster turned into an amazing experience. I had water damage to my condo right as the pandemic began. Adam and his crew went above and beyond to make sure all the details were perfect. I can’t tell you how many times the crew thought of things I didn’t and they walked me through the whole process with patience and grace as well as honesty about cost and practicality. I now have a BRAND NEW open kitchen (a wall partially came down!), new lighting throughout my kitchen/dining room and living room, a new bathroom (including a new bigger shower once we bumped out a linen closet), new doors, trim and not to forget my new floors!!! I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write this reviews for Kapi Restoration. The experience with Kapi exceeded my expectation. Fall of 2019, I had an electrical fire in my condo, it BURNED DOWN EVERYTHING. I hired Kapi Restoration right after I met up with Adam and his team. That decision was based on their fast response to my crisis and the knowledge and professionalism they had demonstrated. It turned out to be an awesome decision that saved me so much time and stress in the entire process. Because some legal matter and the Covid out-break, the repair process took one and a half year long, during this time, Adam and his team always provided complete transparency each step of the way. Kap gave accurate repair estimate. They worked well with insurance adjusters, that alone, took a lot of stress off me. I wish all companies run the same way like Kapi Restoration, their attention to detail is impeccable! It is a company operates with great integrity. After working with Adam and his team. This company breaks the mold for GREAT!. Before I get to the actual work you need to know he acts as your partner to help make sure your get a proper response and reimbursement from the insurance company. Back to why I say great-Always on time, work done with precision. Follow-up calls if materials are delayed, straight answers when questions are asked. Perhaps the most welcomed aspect was how clean they were. EACH day they cleaned up, dust and debris to make the place as live-able as possible. And they covered or created barriers so the rest of your home is not covered in dust. Again the work was beautiful, sharp and his team wore masks and used plastic barriers to do all they could to be safe. Finally after the project is finished they have a professional cleaner do a deep cleaning of the entire repair area. Best experience ever

Kapi Restoration handled the rebuild of our home after a fire. We had a complete gut of the kitchen/laundry/living room, 2 bathrooms, as well as some structural/roofing. We chose to work with a local company, even though they were not on our insurance's preferred vendor list. We knew that while the project may take longer than if we worked with a large corporate company, we felt would get more individualized attention, they would be working for us instead of for the insurance company, and the quality of work would be better. All this proved to be the case. The communication with the Kapi team was fantastic - keeping us updated every step of the way. Adam advocated for us with our insurance company, worked with us on changes and upgrades we wanted to work into the rebuild, and offered honest advice in decision-making. His team of skilled workers delivered high quality results and were friendly and helpful. The office staff were kind and accommodating and helped make all the paperwork and logistics flow so smoothly, even handling things with our mortgage company - this was such a gift in a stressful season. Our rebuild took about 1 year, but it was worth the wait because our home is now better than it was before the fire. I would highly recommend working with Kapi in the event you have fire or flood damage to your home.

That made me very comfortable working with Kapi, and so I used them for the reconstruction phase. The owner, Adam Kapi, got me through the reconstruction phase and have handled the communication with the insurance company.
