I had a great experience working with Jack Ruiz at Service Pro for a cleanup job in Long Beach involving our tenants. Jack and his team responded within the hour and immediately got to work. He walked me through the necessary steps, ensured the property and tenants were safe, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The pricing was fair, and Jack proved to be a man of his word. He delivered exactly what he promised. If I ever need this service again, Jack and his team will be my first call.

I can’t thank Christian, Jackie and Jack enough for helping our family. We had an unseen fridge leak which led to water damage in our floors and cabinetry and subsequent mold. I was so worried about it harming my kids and even worried about the cleanup releasing spores and making things worse momentarily, but they eased my worries with how much experience they have and information they were able to give me. The professional set up completely blocking off the area of the house that needed work, with thick plastic and air purifiers really made me feel at ease and be able to have my children home while they worked. Jack is a very humble and honest man who I was able to trust and rely on. I am so happy with how fast everything was taken care of from start to finish the moment I called them it was less than a week. I will always choose dependable family businesses over big corporations only in it to turn a profit. Thank you for making our home live-able again!

Jack Ruiz and his family are trustworthy, easy to communicate with, professional, and efficient. My home was impacted by smoke due to Eaton fire. Jack and I spoke one afternoon about cleaning the structure and contents. He gave me so much information on the process. Offered up advice. Communicated with me through insurance process. The end product is a clean house without smell. I would recommend him, Christian, and Jacklyn to anyone looking for good and honest service.

Had a great experience with their water damage remediation/restoration service. We had a leak from our upstairs neighbors that affected our bedrooms. From first point of contact they were very quick to respond and offer to come out within an hour to do an assessment. Created an estimate very quickly. We had another 2 assessments from other companies but the reason we went with Servpro was that they had the most honest assessment, best explanation of the process, and no pushiness. Another big plus was that they give you net 30 terms to pay the invoice (so if you are having to pay out of pocket till insurance reimburses you, that’s great flexibility). They were professional and thorough with their work, and explained each step -getting approvals from me on how much invasive work was done (giving options for less invasive while explaining pros and cons). They left our bedrooms neat and tidy which was important for us since we have a gap of when reconstruction begins so it’s comfortably livable in the meantime. Overall, very happy with their work and would recommend. This situation was stressful but they helped mitigate that stress.
