Roberto, Josue, and their team, are everything you want/need in a contractor. Period. Especially after something like a pipe bursting on the top floor of your house (which was our case). They are professional, show up when they say they are going to show up, courteous, open to providing updates and fielding questions. Their attention to detail is the best I've ever seen and we've had a lot of contractors out to the house. Can not recommend them enough. They were amazing!

Working with Rainbow of NOVA has been a fine experience. A pinhole leak caused water problems in my basement that led to asbestos removal and mold abatement. Repair of all of that was done promptly and with great care. They are careful to coordinate their activities with mine, and to discuss issues in advance with me. I give them a solid 5 stars.

Ion came out the same day we called, inspected the damage, and got approval from our insurance right away. The entire process was seamless-the repairs started the very next day! lon was incredibly professional, responsible, and efficient at every step of the mitigation process. He was also patient and understanding of our frustrations, accommodating us throughout the entire repair. Roberto was dispatched to our home as part of Rainbow's Water Mitigation Team for a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. Roberto cut a neat 2x2 opening in the ceiling and identified the source of the problem in minutes. He also took several humidity measurement, installed an air purifier, dehumidifier, and fans to dry the wet area. The equipment was left in place for several days and Roberto and Team checked our home and their equipment daily. I'm very pleased with their work. Good job Roberto and Team.
