Couldn’t be happier! Everything was handled with professionalism and care from the time we first called to schedule a quote all the way to the end. Always received an answer from the office and any questions I asked were answered. Michael was very experienced and was thorough when inspecting/quoting our flooding basement. Sean and his team were professional, hardworking, and efficient in completing the job. Above and beyond work at a more than reasonable price. We were in over our heads as new home owners with an issue that was extremely sugar coated in the disclosure. Had quotes from two other companies and was told "we’re hopeful this will fix it." "If this doesn’t work we could maybe see if there’s anything anyone else can do." Basically telling me I’d be on my own. Not with Champion. Michael gave us a solid plan, explained that plan, and lifetime warranty for the repair. Finally feel relief thanks to this amazing company!

They did a great job with my crawlspace. I had waterproofing, new piers, additional supports and leveling of my house. They got all this work done in 4 days. They communicated great, were on time and kept me aware of their progress. I had 3 quotes for the work and they had the best price by far. A friend who deals with the older homes in Old Louisville recommended Champion to us to resolve our dropped kitchen floor. The representative came out and looked at our floor, provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled the work to match our schedule. His crew came and did the work to level the floor in our 141 year old house. The crew was very respectful and got the work done in 2 1/2 days. We couldn’t be happier.

I called champion waterproofing on a Wednesday to see if I could get a quote from them, they sent Michael out to my house on Monday and he seemed super knowledgeable and got a great price from him. I let him know that we was good with the price but wondered when they could start and when he told me they could be out in 3 day and get it all finished in one day I was blown away. Great price and didn’t have to wait weeks or even months like other places I called, would definitely recommend.

I have a lifetime warranty through Champion which was purchased when my basement was waterproofed during the home buying process. When it flash flooded the first week of Oct, I had significant leakage into my basement. I called multiple times asking for help and no one called me back.
