COIT Cleaning and Restoration

New carpet looks ruined!! Dirty looking streak marks everywhere. The carpet was installed 2 years ago and now it looks like 20 yr old carpet. I am so unhappy about this!!! Please fix the problem or totally refund my money so I can have another company clean up this mess!!! This is the worst carpet cleaning that I have ever had!!!

Had them come and service my vents and HVAC system. They did such a great job! I had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman was great and the two techs they sent out were really nice. Cameron and Aaron were very knowledgeable. They gave me some tips on how to keep my vents clean. They made me feel like I was in good hands.

Very friendly and professional. Bailey was very knowledgeable and I learned a ton. Austin and Yandy were out the next day to replace our heater. They were speedy and now we have heat for the winter! Thanks guys!

Good customer service, but none of the spots or smells came out of my really nice rug. It had one pet stain in the corner, and i just wanted that smell gone- which I thought they could do- but the whole thing smells the same. I just imagine they aren’t very thorough. To be fair, it tells you on the receipt that it might not come out. Wish they would give you that guidance more clearly upfront or let you know it’s unlikely to help because I just threw away a couple hundred and I could’ve just bought a new rug instead.

Hire COIT for your air duct cleaning needs! From the consultation with Jon to the crew that came in (forgot to catch their names) and did the cleaning everything went smoothly and most important I now feel much better with the air quality. These guys were honest,respectful,and efficient at their job. They also show what actually comes out of the ducts unlike most companies so you know what was truly in your home. Will definitely be using in near future for cleaning needs

Stephen did an amazing job! He took his time, made sure we were happy, let us ask questions and was very helpful and friendly! Not to mention our carpets turned beautifully! We will definitely use Coit again and highly recommend.

The rep who scoped my project was very knowledgeable and helpful. So much so that, although I used to work for a competitor (and received a quote from them) I chose to go with COIT. The tech who completed my service was super. Communicated very well, was knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I am extremely satisfied with the service. And the amount of dirt removed was eye-opening. Highly, highly recommend.
