Precision Waterproofing

Rick and his crew went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough. I had a sump pump and utility pump installed, walls encapsulated, and floor resurfaced. Rick communicated every step of the way, thoroughly explaining the process every day and being very responsive to additional questions via text, email, and phone. As the owner, he did the majority of the project and oversaw the two crew members that helped. It was nice to know that the owner of the company was actually doing the work and took pride in it. The entire process was efficient; Rick and his crew were always on time, honest, and trustworthy. And my basement doesn't get water in it anymore!

From the day Rick came out to give us an estimate, we were impressed by his knowledge and overall friendly, professional, down to earth demeanor. Everyone on the crew was polite and professional. As they worked, Rick would explain to me what issues the crew found and how they would resolve them. They were careful to not damage landscaping and grass . OverallI we are extremely pleased with the work done by Precision Waterproofing. Like other reviews have said, if we could give 10 stars, we would.

Rick came out to look at a leaking crack in our basement wall that was unsuccessfully repaired by the previous owner. We were concerned that we would have to dig below our recently installed deck to correct the issue but he was able to address the problem from the inside. His team arrived on time, immediately went to work and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. The old musty crack is now a clean looking repair. Also, when you are given a lifetime warranty that transfers with the sale of your home, you're pretty confident you'll never have to deal with the problem again. Very satisfied and would definitely use again!

I had Rick come and do waterproofing on two cracks in my basement. I asked about full waterproofing and he said I didn't need it. He did not try to upsell me at all. I wanted to wait until we had some good storms before reviewing, and boy did we get some storms this past summer. Yesterday, I would have flooded for sure prior to his waterproofing and I didn't not get a drop of water. So far I'm super happy with his work and also with how kind and responsive he was. Super professional, but also moved my car for me while I was home with a sick baby. Definitely recommend.

I would give Rick and his crew 10 stars if I could - they're amazing and aren't even done with the work. Rick IMMEDIATELY made us feel comfortable that he knew exactly what to do. He gave us options, and didn't sway us to the more expensive options. They're honest, polite and go way beyond the extra mile - hire these guys, don't worry about getting quotes from anyone else. They are fantastic.

I was looking to prevent any future damages to my basement with flooding, currently there isn't any issues. After being told by another company the cost would be over 14,000 to waterproof my basement, I called Precision Waterproofing for an estimate. Rick came over to inspect, and said that the basement was fine, and not to waste my money on a big project. I can't review the quality of work they do, since they didn't work on my basement, but I greatly appreciate the honesty, and would recommend giving them a call for an inspection

Rick the owner came out today to replace my old sump pump. He told me he was installing a commercial grade pump with cast iron insides bought from BEI. After i paid him 750.00 i found out the pump he installed was a 89.00 pump from harbor freight. I feel i have been taken advantage of 750.00.
