Great group of people. They were great letting me know their arrival time, they packing so they everything was well protected, they were very respectful to my house and were great about knowing the contents of each box so they were properly dispersed at unpacking day. They did s great job handling my nerves about the whole process too. Overall a top job!

I had a great experience with Rainbow International of Automation Alley and Waterford. They were extremely attentive and their service went above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable which helped me navigate my way through a bathroom flood. When I was able to come back to my house, their cleanliness and attention to detail put a smile on my face in an otherwise not so great time. I would 1000% recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with Rainbow Restoration after a fire in my condo. Their team—Danielle, Samara, and Kelly—did a fantastic job packing out my personal items with care and professionalism. They took the time to answer all my questions, providing clear insight into what to expect throughout the process. Their friendly and reassuring approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I truly felt like my belongings were in great hands. Additionally, Jennifer in the office was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to communicate effectively—even responding to emails on her day off! The two women who helped me, Steph Kazmer and Sam Steier, were amazing! I was totally overwhelmed with the amount of work that had to be done. These hard working, dedicated employees never stopped making my home livable again. I am so grateful for all they did to help put my home and my life back together again.

Toni and her team were great to work with! They were out at our facility the day after we had a fire and they were very responsive. Their attention to detail was great and you could tell the really cared about restoring our facility to seem as though it was brand new. We had a house fire last year and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Toni in particular was amazing to work with - she was extremely responsive and I felt like she truly cared about restoring my belongings; everything that was able to be saved from the fire came back good as new. Toni was extremely kind, easy to work with, incredibly organized, and overall made the entire experience less stressful for me and my family. I would never trust another company with my belongings other than Rainbow after this experience.

We had smoke damage throughout our home due to a dryer fire and Rainbow Restoration when above and beyond to take care of our things affected by same. They made you feel like personal friends or family. They were kind, friendly, and professional. I believe Toni and her crew went above and beyond to ensure our items and home we're taken care of while putting us at ease with personal attention to detail and reassurance.
