I'm an out of state investor and Craig is one of the most reliable people I've met in Jackson. I had a home that had a pretty terrible mold problem, and their team was quick to respond and did a great job. They also took pictures before and after which was really helpful. I would highly recommend All Dry for anyone looking to get mold remediation done in the Jackson area!

A week before Christmas, my wife contacted All Dry Restoration Services of Central Mississippi to come and evaluate moisture damage to the ceiling and in our master bedroom and bathroom. We had previously had the roof leak fixed (that had caused the issue), but we didn't know how much damage had been done to the ceiling and crown moulding, and if we had mold in the ceiling. Ryan Willis (from All Dry) showed-up that day to begin the evaluation process. He was friendly, efficient, and (thankfully) very knowledgeable about mold, and its removal and treatment. It turned out about 1/3 of our bedroom ceiling and all of our bathroom ceiling had mold damage, thus the ceiling, sheetrock, and insulation had to be removed by Ryan. Ryan worked persistently and carefully to identify and remove all damaged wood and insulation, while being careful to only cut and remove what was absolutely necessary. Throughout this process, I spoke with Craig Rushing (the owner) multiple times over the phone to discuss price, the restoration/treatment process, answer my many questions, and he even recommended a way for it to dry appropriately (post treatment) that would save me money and be more cost effective. He was patient and easy to deal with and I was appreciative of his professional manner, but simultaneously he was also down to-earth and friendly. Bottom line - Craig and his team did what they said they would do and at a fair price. Ryan even came back and sprayed a second time to ensure all areas that had been affected by mold had been treated thoroughly and effectively.
