Spencer and his team have been nothing short of miraculous. Having just purchased our first home a few months ago, we were less than pleased to find mushrooms growing from the walls after the first big rain. Spencer was out here (and I mean *out here*, we're way up north in Snohomish) ASAP, and he and Jason were able to tackle the demo in a day. They had to strip 2 rooms down to the studs including appliances and some tile, and have been back every few days to check on equipment, dry time, apply more fungal treatments, and keep me in the loop. The first referred contractor for the exterior water mitigation work fell through due to medical issues, but Spencer was incredibly patient and understanding, providing me several more referrals and assuaging any fears I had about impending rains undoing their hard work by agreeing to keep equipment onsite until the exterior work could actually begin. When this journey began, I asked friends and family for any mold remediation company recommendations, and all anyone could provide was general contractors. I am thrilled to be able to refer Spencer and his team to any homeowners facing this stressful process!

Exceptional, fast service. We had two big leaks in close proximity caused by different issues. Both were pretty bad, or would have been if it weren't for Home Damage Medics. Their team was able to respond very quickly, getting on site and removing water and damaged house parts immediately. They reacted so quickly that they saved us probably $10,000 in demo, cleanup, and rebuilding costs based on the estimate I got from a contractor. It would have been a total nightmare. As it was, they just had to dry everything out. They've got nice equipment in good condition, are very careful working in tight spaces, and deliver exceptional service. I wasn't sure about different options and they patiently explained everything to me. I recommend them without reservation.

We had a flooded kitchen because the supply line bursted under our sink. Spencer and Armando responded within 15 mins and started drying immediately. Roughly a week after the damage was removed, Luis and Jeff estimated the rebuild, and put everything back together about a month later. Most of the process was held up due to insurance (which they warned me about) and they completed the job flawlessly. Great communication and great team to work with.
