The moment I met Juan, I knew he would get the job done right and fairly. I had the honor of finding this mold mediator to internally rebuild our storage container office (the was a leak and the container was set on an incline, no one did a thing about it, and the a/c leaked in behind the drywall for 4 years, and then BOOM mold everywhere). The first company I called tried to scam the company I work for 8 grand over what Juan quoted me. He was even able to fortify the frame under the windows which set off alarms that the windows were leaking. Thanks to First Empire, Carlos and Juan are saving lives at a fair price. I work with people of all ages, from 63 to 18, and not everyone (even retired first responders) wants to wear a mask every day for a few minutes each day they work. Juan and his team were on time, respectful, efficient, and fast. Office was drying paint in less than a week.

Great company. I highly recommend it. They have all the necessary equipment. Juan answered all my questions and gave advice about our issue. While the management insisted the water leak was coming from the window, he insisted it was coming from the ground up. After removing dry wall, the guys found a plant growing through the corner on the floor.

Juan was quick to respond, professional and reasonable. I had a roof leak with mold on the ceiling. The service was broken into two parts, first removal of damaged ceiling with a few days of a machine that removes humidity and mold spores from the air, then the ceiling repair. All done well, very clean job and professional workers.

A neighbor recommended Empire for an AC leak while away from home for weeks, similar to one he had. Juan did an excellent job with the damage by a handler upstairs and the removing the ceiling of a downstairs bath where he found mold. Dehumidifiers upstairs and downstairs and blower for several days left it fully dried. A good thing I asked my neighbor because if it weren’t for Juan we would now be in real trouble.
