Great service, easy appointment set up and arrived on time. As far as we know our carpet had never been deep cleaned and our home is about 20 years old. But we were told it was not the worst they had seen. Great job smells and looks clean..
Chatt and Richard are a credit to Stanley Steemer. They provided great customer service. I had a few trouble spots that they worked on diligently while cleaning my carpet. Chatt fixed a snag in the carpet so it would not get worse. My carpet looks much better. They were very professional and a pleasure to have in my home.
Very impressed with the service and technician Rob that came to clean my carpets. He took great care with a special rug I had and it came out beautiful. He was professional and prompt and called me beforehand. I would definitely ask for him in the future to clean my carpets.

Chatt and Richard are Amazing and Super efficient! Can’t say enough great things about these two! First of all I was in a terrible bind, my puppy had a few accidents on the carpet last night, it was horrible. Called up Stanley Steemer this morning and they were able to get an appointment for me same day on a Friday afternoon during Christmas vacation time!! Need I say more?!? That is some serious customer service! Chatt and Richard are genuinely two of the nicest people ever, not only did they work magic on my carpets, but they did a lot of educating for do’s and don’ts on carpet and tile. You just know they care about the customer and the service they provide! Thank you seriously for all of the help!
