I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people are scam artists who tried to overcharge me and my insurance company for subpar work and lies. They claimed the job was complete and "professionally handled," yet this is what I was left with—mold clearly visible under a poorly patched section of the ceiling. Not only is this a blatant health hazard, it shows a complete disregard for safety, quality, and basic ethics. They gave me the runaround when I asked for clarification on charges and got noticeably evasive once I started pressing for accountability. Their "repair" looks like it was done by someone who had zero training and even less pride in their work. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the potential risk to your health—avoid this company at all costs.

Esta compañia al principio muy buena, pero cuando pusieron el tart en el techo no duro ni una semana bien puesto, en el primer aguacero fuerte,comenzo a liquear el techo y cuando miro el tart se habia movido y se habia echo añicos, llame varias veces para dar quejas de lo que estaba pasando y no me querian atender las llamadas y cuando amenace con dar un mal review rapido se comunicaron para decirme que ellos no podian hacer nada, no puedo creer que el tan mal trabajo que hicieron ya que tengo unos vecinos que le pusieron un tard en su techo de otra compañia y esta intacto de cuando se pusieron, estoy bien desepcionada de esta compañia. This company was very good at first, but when they put the tart on the roof, it didn't last a week properly. In the first heavy downpour, the roof started to leak and when I looked at the tart it had moved and had shattered. I called several times. times to complain about what was happening and they didn't want to answer my calls and when I threatened to give a bad review they quickly contacted me to tell me that they couldn't do anything, I can't believe the poor job they did since I have some neighbors who put a tard on their roof from another company and it is intact from when they were put in... I am very disappointed in this company.

Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento la compañía, en especial marlon y Alberto muy profesionales, puntuales. Y te explican cada detalle del trabajo realizado . Excelente.

Apollo Restoration’s HVAC service was awful. They showed up late, didn’t fix the problem, and left my AC making more noise than before. Customer service was no help either. Wouldn’t recommend.
