Ian Joyner and his team did a fantastic job replacing our sunroom roof, sealing up our main roof, and doing some other work on our main roof (including a cricket for the chimney). Ian took great pictures when he came out to assess what our roofing needs would be before we even closed on the house! After buying it, it only took his team a few days (would have been sooner except for the rain) to come out to do the work and only two days to complete everything! They were thorough and communicated with us through the process. Their prices are great, too. We really appreciate the turnaround being so quick and the quality of their work! We have already recommended them to a friend and will be coming back to them for gutter work in the future. We highly recommend them!

We some work for them as a sub. The homeowner was very happy, spoke highly of them and knew we were professionals. Have dealt with clients before who had bad experiences with the contractor that hired us with communication, professionalism, and quality. We did not run into any issues at all.
