Dave and his team are consummate professionals. We had a pretty devastating flood and from start to finish, Dave was there every step of the way. The final outcome was a new kitchen and they made it happen almost seamlessly and I love it to this day!! Even when there were design obstacles, Dave and his crew helped us navigate the difficulty and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!! Job well done!!

Great service from start to finish! A-lot of our precious personal belongings were saved & the project was completed faster then expected. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother outcome.

We had water damage while out of town. Insurance had ServiceMaster contact us for repairs. They kept in contact with us daily, told us what type of work would be done that day and even sent us pictures! They were very professional and trustworthy.

Water leak from upstairs to downstairs. Insurance says it should cost about this and they use Service Master. Servicemaster took days to come out- but expected- do demolition. But no mold control. Then they say it costs more than the insurance paid them and we owe them $2,000. Still have mold in closet and one other location. They refuse to finish the job and are hounding for the overcharge. I JUST found that they damaged the plumbing when they were demolishing. Plumber confirmed it was them Do NOT recommend!!! They do not finish job They overcharge for the work they do and say you have to pay cause insurance won’t They break more than they fix and refuse to acknowledge they broke the pipe

Had water damage due to toilet over running during the night for about 4 hrs due to a soft plug in the toilet itself is what insurance called it because it was clean water not dirty water -- it went out the bathroom into hallway , dinning area and kitchen, bedroom carpets soaked up water from hallway. Contacted Service Masters after Insurance assessed damage and sent people out very next day. They knew exactly what to do and started unloading equipment -- people were very professional and talked me through the whole process and timeline -- very efficient

Slab leak caused major damage to our bathroom and one bedroom. Edwin was able to come to our home within hours to assess the damage. He scheduled a demolition crew to cleanup the areas that were damage. Fans were left behind to further assist the drying process. Arthur Charles followed up on the drying process for the next couple of days. He was very polite and attentive. Thank you Arthur.

Courteous , punctual and very professional. Finished the job as agreed on in a timely fashion. Abner and Roger did an excellent job. Communication with Raphael was very good. Overall very organised and competent team.
