Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho

This is the second time we have used Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and the work was just as great the second time as the first time. We had them do a new vapor barrier under a mobile home. If you have ever been under a mobile home on blocks you can testify that its not much fun. Brandon, Fernando, and Austin were so great to work with. They never complained and always had a great attitude. They knew what they needed to do, and got with it. They let me know that there were a couple of issue that need to be resolved. Not only did Brandon have ideas on how to repair it, but also help me take care of the issue.. Very Professional, Courteous , Engaged , Helpful, and just a Pleasure to be around. I am very happy with how the job turned out .

Brandon did an outstanding job on our drainage and crawl space project. He worked incredibly hard installing the new drainage system, sump pump, and sealing off the crawl space. I live in an area of high ground water in Driggs and my basement floods every summer. They recommended a perimeter drain system and a triple safe sump. Brandon, Gage and Fernando showed up and performed a first class job. Brandon was so thorough and attentive to my concerns. We talked about how I could even improve my insulation in the basement. So coming soon they will also be insulating my basement. I also recommended them to my neighbor who is doing a crawlspace repair job as well. I appreciate the confidence of the company to solve your basement water issues. I will update this review in the summer after I experience the High ground water season. Looking to prevent a water intrusion problem we consulted with Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho. Upon approving a plan to install gutter wells, crew members Mason and Austin installed the system around our home. Hard working guys that were able to trench below sidewalks and fences. They left the job site in clean condition and followed up with all the details. Recommended!

Adam performed annual maintenance on my crawl space sump pump and dehumidifier. He arrived on time and was very professional answering my questions. He also made some improvements to the water collection piping. Very pleased with his service!!

Cory was AWESOME. He helped me with a simple fix in the crawl space, talked with me about the shims added over the past 60 years and is going to send me a bid on insulting the foundation wall. Great guy, great company.
