Banner Property Management, Inc.

As a HUD 203k Consultant, I have worked with BPM on several home renovations over 20 years. Now retired I have engaged BPM to totally renovate my 40 year old bathroom into a well designed & executed custom up to date bathroom. Project management & customer service continue to be a standout asset past & present.

Wonderful to work with!!! They caught mistakes others made in orders, offered helpful suggestions, completed work in a timely fashion, outstanding attention to detail, impressively skillful and knowledgeable workers, and kept a very clean workspace. We are extremely pleased with the whole process which included removal of a wall, complete redo of a kitchen and dining room, added new lighting, a fireplace remodel, painting, rehanging closet doors, installation of smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, and new mop boards in whole downstairs.

Marc and his professional team at BPM Inc.did a remarkable renovation on my home. They converted 3 bedrooms and 1 bath room to a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms adding a walk-in closet, laundry room, and a spectacular master bathroom suite along with a remake of the existing. Plus, they input French doors and stairs to go with the entrance maneuvering the windows around the space. Much more was completed for the renovation. Marc, Blake and the team were always on time, and on call as needed. I am extremely pleased with the result, and will only call BPM, Inc when in need of any home or appliance assistance. Thank you for my home!

I cannot say enough about BPM inc. We had a refrigerator leak which ruined our hardwood floors that carried on throughout our entire downstairs. We contacted Mark & Blake and they could not have been any easier to work with. They have an awesome crew that showed up everyday which was very important. They are local, live in the area and take PRIDE in their work! I have recommended them to my friends and everyone says the same! They are the Best for any job! We loved them so much that we decided to do an entire facelift at the same time throughout our Home! So give them a call and they will be at your Home the same day to ease your stress!

BPM were a blessing to me after my house got severely damaged in Hurricane Ida! They did excellent work and had great communication with me throughout. They were also really good with working with my insurance company to save me many headaches. I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs house work done

We highly recommend BPM Central! We went through many contractors before meeting Mark and Blake. This duo understood our vision and our budget and executed perfectly. They were always kind, respectful and responsible.

Contracted BPM to remodel our home which included the kitchen, both bathrooms, new flooring throughout, add crown molding & replace baseboards, and new paint throughout. Blake and Marc did a wonderful job! The finish work is top notch. They even had a challenge with a kitchen wall was not plumb to get the counter to ceiling cabinets to mount correctly. Their team is meticulous about getting things installed correctly and to code! They found several electrical items from our last kitchen remodel that were shoddy and definitely not up to code. We love our new bathrooms and new kitchen thanks to these guys.
