I have never in my life experienced such sloppy and careless contractors in my life, and I'm seventy years old. It's evident that these Grinker employees act with impunity causing major damage to, the doors, sinks, hallways, and even the lawns. I would never, ever even consider hiring these contractors.

We had a disastrous water damage issue in my sister in law's condo and was feeling completely overwhelmed. The condo association called in Sid Grinker Restoration and they were incredible from start to finished. Their team, led by Tyler Ramirez, arrived promptly and on schedule to address the water and mold problem. They were highly professional and really put our minds at ease. They worked hard to restore the affected areas and the results were even better than expected. They were patient with all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We would recommend their services to others in need.

Recently, our condo management engaged the services of Sid Grinker Restoration to repair water damage in my condo. Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job with assessing the damage thoroughly, explaining the process in detail, and restoring the damaged area to its original condition. Tyler provided updates at every stage of the process and was always prompt with answering my questions. When the need arose, he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule without impacting budget or timeline, for which I am very grateful. The entire crew was courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, worked diligently, and kept the workspace clean throughout the job. A special shout-out to Tyler and his team - Todd (Budget), Danny (Carpenter), Don / Arturo / Ryan (Framers), Sylvester (Dry Wall), Tracey (Cleaning) - for their expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which was very much appreciated. I was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend their services. Their service is reliable, efficient, high-quality workmanship, and customer-focused.

This company has been with our apartment complex since the August 2025 floods and have handled all aspects of clean up and restoration. It's taken awhile because there are so many units to work on but they keep us informed. They are ALL polite, they clean up after each project, they let me know when they're coming and when they're done with each step. They've all worked SO HARD. The restorations are just stunning. Beautiful. And they're not even done yet. Also, I've heard some neighbors verbally abusing the workers. It's just been awful. Selfishness, paranoia, and racial slurs, and yet the workers have remained calm and polite. I don't know if I could do that. To me, that's above and beyond. Kudos to the guys and gals. I had some water damage to my condo and Tyler and his team were tremendous. Work was done promptly and communication was great. The clean up crew after the project was completed did a fabulous job.

The staff is experienced, clean, neat, on-time, and excellent at what they do. Mike Dowling and his crew responded to our call within 24 hours and repaired all water damage. They are, without a doubt, the best at what they do.

The team at Sid Grinker truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. A special shout out to Todd and Tyler for helping with all the repairs that my house needed after a fire, that happened in November 2024 all the design planning, timely completion, and quality craftsmanship.
