Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Clean-up

Like any need that arises in an emergency situation, I needed plumbing services immediately at my home for clogged pipes, drains, backed up toilets and tubs in both bathrooms. I called 2 plumbing service companies, Roto Rooter & another, equally well-known company that call themselves "super techs". RR has provided similar services at my home in the past and did great work. And ultimately, this time RR was able to get out to my home that same day, where as the other company wouldn’t have a tech available until the next day… maybe. Roto Rooter called me same day, before they came to my house same day, giving me enough time to leave my job and meet them at my home. They diagnosed my plumbing problem, explained everything to me, and made the repairs in a matter of a couple of hours and the best part, it was affordable! Cody did an excellent job! He was courteous, skilled, and efficient. I will always call Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs. They get the job done!

I have lived in 7 cities and towns across the South. Due to the nature of work I did for 10 years I have been exposed to many Roto Rooter franchises. None has earned a review until now. - Friday mid-day I called and clear expectations were set (including a likely price range for the service!!) -As promised I received the call 20-30 minutes out, near the end of the day. Christian was on time and -Christian knocked it out quick -Price was within the range I had been given This operation is well run and it shows. Fully recommend THIS Roto-Rooter.

We had ongoing issues with our drains stopping up and had our septic tank pumped out and still had problems. Called Roto Rooter and within an hour they were here to snake our sewer lines but hit dirt and at that point they knew we had a busted line under ground, which apparently was caused by having landscaping done. They came back the next morning and found the busted line dug it up and repaired it all within 17 hours from my call to completion. They put our flower beds back exactly the way they were before having to dig it up... couldn't tell anything had ever happened. They were friendly, courteous and left everything spotless. The young man who did my work, Cody, was very professional and informative, and worked harder than I’ve seen anybody work in a while. Very conscientious. He worked hard to put the pump in a better position than my previous pump. Had to re-wire and put new conduit because of the job the last people did in fixing my floats. He had to do extra work, but didn’t change the quote. Job well done Cody.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Roto Rooter. The scheduler I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all my questions. I received a 30 minute heads-up call from Dylon Kirksey, the technician, saying he was on his way. He arrived and quickly fixed the problem. He too, was professional and very easy to communicate with. He cleared up his work area and made sure we were happy with his repair. The price was extremely reasonable for the services provided. I don't normaly leave reviews but Mr. Keebler just came to my house and gave me the best consultation for my issues. He is AWESOME and i'm blown away. Absolutely will be using them in the future.
