I would recommend Allen and Andreas to anyone looking into moisture and mold issues. They were frank in their assessment and told me I didn’t have any moisture problems. Allen and Andreas were honest and communicative with all my concerns. They inspected free of charge and gave me instructions on maintaining humidity levels. They were careful in their assessment and explained things simply to me in layman’s terms. I gave a call to ServPro in the morning due to moisture and water intrusion concerns. Allen said he’ll come by and check it out that same day in a few hours. He arrived on time with Andreas and searched the exterior for any water intrusion along my windows. Seeing no issues, he said let’s check the inside. They put on blue plastic boot covers before coming in. He screened every single window we requested on the top, side, and bottom for any moisture incursion from the outside or inside. Finding none he stated there was no issue he could see with our windows or walls. He said a simple dehumidifier would resolve the issues we were having. He responded to all concerns and displayed how his instrument worked for detecting moisture. After the inspection, he told us what signs we would see if there was water or mold damage. He mentioned that a 24/7 leak would have been sensed by the city due to most houses having smart sensors on the water meter in the street. Overall I had an extremely satisfying experience with Allen and Andreas. 10/10.

Extremely disappointed with Servpro of Highland Park/Monterey Park. I was affected by the Eaton fires and was referred to Servpro of Highland Park by my insurance company for smoke restoration cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. They charged over $38,000, and to this day, I’m still asking myself—for what? The cleaning crew felt inexperienced, used cheap cleaning supplies, and did not deliver the level of service I expected for such a high price. While I’m relieved to finally be back in my home, this entire experience left a bad taste. Moving forward, I’ll definitely do my own research before trusting another company with something so important.

Our son’s room had a leak and it damaged the whole ceiling. They had to replace the ceiling and wall. They communicated well and updated me during the process. We have a small back house and did not have extra room to store all the furniture from the room, and they took care of it. We were told it will take 2 weeks to be finished but Francisco and his team were so fast they finished it faster than schedule. Best of all they did an awesome job on the repair just like a brand new room! We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone.

We recently had a water damage from the rain which flooded our living room and I contacted Servpo. They came by within a few hours and the gentlemen that was here was super knowledgeable. He handled everything professionally and put us to ease. highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about Arlen and his team at Servpro Highland Park/Monterey Park.We had extensive water damage and I basically just called a Servpro closest to us. I‘m so happy I did. Arlen was reassuring and helped us through the demo process and dealing with the insurance claim. His workers were so organized and worked very cleanly, if that is even possible during major demolition of ceilings and flooring. I hope we’ll never have water damage again, but if we do, we‘ll call Arlen.
