Rapid Dry

I had a water leak from my dish washer and didn't catch it until my wood floor bowed up! They came and gave me an estimate then worked closely with my insurance to cover it! They dried it, killed mold and then replaced the floor, so it was one stop shopping! I had 1 person as my single point of contact which was wonderful! Highly recommend!

This team first and foremost is professional and prepared in every way! My church , Valley Forge Freewill Baptist in Elizabethton, TN was flooded during hurricane Helene. The beautiful down stairs where we have small groups and children’s church and day care was completely flooded. Everything ruined and there were actually fish swimming around! The RDR team was there the next morning ready to tackle a huge job! What amazing work they did! Everything was removed that was ruined, everything was cleaned and dried that could be saved and they tested - checked and rechecked every day while in the drying process. The communication was excellent. No problems at any time during the process and left everything in perfect and clean condition. These guys work really hard on doing fantastic work! Don’t call anyone else to clean up whatever job small or large. Everyone was pleased with it and HIGHLY recommends RDR!!

I used RDR for a recent home leak. They came to my house ready to work the morning after I called them. Everyone was friendly and very professional from the dry out team to the finishers. They coordinated everything with my insurance company. Would recommend them to anyone. I hope I don’t have to use them again but definitely would.

RDR was absolutely incredible to work with. The response was immediate. I don’t know what we would have done if Jon had not been there to guide us on what we needed to do and next steps to take. Jon took action, got his crew in, and contacted everyone who needed to be involved in taking care of our home. Jon was very knowledgeable on every question related to water damage, plumbing issues and insurance questions we had. Tyler and his crew worked hard and updated us throughout the day what he was doing and showed us the reason it was being done. The cleanup Tyler and crew did after the work day was perfect. You would never know there was demolition being done in the home. Thankful for RDR and will recommend to everyone!

110% recommend! My parents home (basement) in Grainger County flooded significantly while they were out of town for the weekend. We fortunately live right next door, discovered the flood and contacted RDR and they were on site within 20 minutes with equipment already in their trucks! RDR had ALL standing water removed within an hour (there was A LOT!) and had fans/dehumidifiers set up within 30 minutes afterwards. Would absolutely reach out to them ASAP if anything like this were to happen again. All staff we encountered were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding next steps to be taken and returned quickly as promised once everything was completed and dried out. Can’t thank the RDR Team (Bo, Chris, John) enough!! If you have any flooding and/or water damage issues - please do yourself a favor and give RDR a call

A tree came through our roof during a storm. I contacted John and Chris at RDR and they were in route immediately. I knew for sure that we would have so much damage as water poured through our ceiling. They were able to dry out everything from the attic and insulation, to sheetrock, to flooring. They were timely and professional! They also cleaned out our duct work recently! Wow! The house smells better and my allergies are improved! Highly recommend Rapid Dry Restoration!
