ServiceMaster KRS - Peoria/Morton

My insurance agent suggested we use Service Master for a major cleanup in a bedroom and bath. The supervisor, Andrew got a team out here the same day they were called. The team was directed by a young man, Ashton Cady, which I must say had the wisdom of a seasoned professional. He was born to be a leader. He, and his team arrived every day by 8:30 AM and worked hard all day. The team varied day to day but Ashton was here every day to direct them. The team members deserve a special mention, Bobby, Marcus, Cam, Robert, Ian, and Elijah worked diligently, no playing around at their tasks. They were very polite and were a pleasure to have in my home. The bottom line is that if you find yourself in an emergency situation requiring a top notch service, be sure to consider ServiceMaster, located in Morton and Bloomington. They also charged less than 2 other companies that had quoted me $30K and $18K. Thanks, ServiceMaster!

Used them for a consult and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had them do some touch up work along with it, the crew was literally there 15 minutes or less and did about 5-10 minutes of touch up work and they charged $550. The consult fee was 150, the labor was 400 which seems ridiculous.

We have used Service Master for water damage and the repair of the damage. They have been absolutely great. They are very timely, great at cleaning up their mess, and responsive to any of your needs. I definitely recommend them,
