I had an emergency situation with a rug —one morning my pets had badly stained it. Magna Dry were nice enough to take the appointment quickly and even called me back to let me know they had found an earlier window. They came, moved the furniture, and did a perfect job. The results were excellent.

We were very happy with the two person team. The carpet they cleaned looks great. We were happy with the price as well.

After some flooding in the basement we hired Magna Dry restoration to help clean up the water damage. To replace the destroyed flooring we opted to install some luxury vinyl plank flooring. My wife and I were not familiar with it prior to speaking with George and the team. They took the time to explain the benefits of LVP vs other types of flooring, showed us various samples and took meticulous measurements to make sure everything needed was ordered and on time for the job. They worked quickly and finished the job ahead of schedule. In the past other companies have left hours of cleaning for me after they've left the job.... Not Magna Dry...they took the time to thoroughly clean the entire site! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we are extremely satisfied with the finished product

I was referred to MagnaDry a few years ago for carpet shampooing and have been a satisfied customer since then. Making an appointment was a breeze and the men who came out were top professionals! They arrived on time, willing to move furniture and set about cleaning my carpet. It was always a job well done as my carpet looked like new and smelled so clean. The service remains the same today. Last month I had a pipe burst in my apartment which caused my bedroom carpet to be damaged and posing a sure possibility of mold. I didn’t know MagnaDry handled these types of problems and luckily when I called they quickly assessed the situation, provided estimates and send a crew out to remove the carpet and padding, disinfect the flooring and removed all traces of the damaged carpet. Just today another crew arrived to lay down brand new carpet! I am totally pleased with the outcome of that unfortunate incident and so grateful to Eric, Marco, Eddie, Jorge and the entire crew at MagnaDry!!!
