Advantaclean consistently provides a high quality, expedient, and effective service. I used them a while back for a water loss event and they were out the same day the loss happened, and they got the water out, detached the valuable cabinets as best as they could to make sure I could reinstall them later (with some touchups, demo being what it is and all), and dried the place out effectively and cleanly. My favorite aspect about advantaclean though, as someone who works in the industry, is their quality of work. Way too many mitigation companies out there do not actually dry out the homes they work on, they just go until they can get some dry readings, and move on, while significant sections of the home remain wet. Advantaclean is thorough, and precise, and does not let that happen. Whenever Joseph, Zac, Chris, or their estimator, Jeremy, are out, you know you are going to get a quality project and quality service throughout.

Had such a great experience working with Jeremy and Zackery from AdvantaClean. Jeremy did a fantastic job communicating what the process would entail, and helping expedite the scheduling since I had family staying with me shortly after. What a lifesaver Advantaclean was! They really knew what they were doing, educated me about everything water damage. Then they quickly and efficiently packed up all my stuff and removed it before it could be damaged more. They were knowledgeable, fun, efficient and most of all super good at what they do. The guys were all super friendly and nice.

We've been trying for weeks to get to the bottom of a strange black dust coming out of one of our kitchen outlets, suspecting mold. We had Jeremy come for a complimentary assessment and he was amazing, looking into every possible problem or indicator, and ended up finding a leak in our roof that went down all 3 floors to our crawl space. He spent a lot of time with us, looked into everything we asked, and answered all our many questions. He talked us through an entire road map of what to do next and what the best and worse case scenarios might look like. He also gave us referrals to get some additional mold assesment and roof repair work done. He was honest, never tried to sell us on any services he didn't think we needed and simply told us they would be here for us if the other assessments turned up a significant mold or other problem that would need remediation. With a small toddler and feeling very overwhelmed by this whole situation and potential mold in our home, we are so grateful for Jeremy's assessment and that he cared to really investigate and locate the root of our problem. After finding out we did have mold indicated in our walls, we ended up hiring Jeremy and his team to come do the remediation work for us. The tech Zac was awesome, very careful and thorough, and answered our many questions every day. We feel very confident about the work they did for us and are grateful we found and hired them.
