I can't say enough about Josh and his entire team at Independent Restoration Services. We found a leak in our laundry room during an annual termite inspection and immediately found that the leak had progressed through the wall and our tile floor. The leak was coming from a crimped drain line on our washer. I contacted Josh at Independent Restoration Services. He came out right away and gave us a clear path forward making everything straightforward and concise. Every step in the process was communicated extremely well and all of our questions answered along the way. Affected drywall, tile, and baseboards were all removed professionally and expertly. Everything was clean after demo and treated with antimicrobial solution to prevent any mold growth. The dryers and dehumidifiers were installed to bring out the remaining moisture. I can't thank the crew enough. Jarred, Brock, and Drew are all professional, courteous, and fast. So thankful for this company! Tony did a great job coming to mitigate the mold behind our range hood due to a builder defect. He has been a great resource with other mold concerns and issues that have come up. He answers calls and texts promptly. They will continue to be our resource for any restoration needs. We were so so very blessed to have found John at Independent Restoration. After a high pressure water line broke in our upstairs master bath and flooded multiple floors of our home, I freaked out and called the first Google restoration company I found. Once he realized we had a 10 day old & I was on the verge of an actual mental breakdown, he made sure to stop and explain everything to me at every step of the way, helped us pack up and move our stuff over to the place we were staying, talked my husband through what exactly to expect from both him and insurance, and he was super amazing with communication. He had recommendations for multiple contractors to help get everything done as well who have all been great so far. I don’t think we could’ve found anyone better. From something that is an absolutely nightmare to deal with (on top of being trapped in the newborn trenches), John made it such a smooth and much less stressful process.
