Within 15 minutes of contacting my insurance agent, the assessment team contacted me and arrived at my home 30 minutes later. I was shaken after experiencing a house fire, but this team handled the situation gracefully, patiently, and professionally. They explained everything thoroughly, sometimes repeating themselves due to my lack of sleep, and left me with a sense of calmness, knowing that I had the right team to guide me through this challenging process.
