I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Mike Brooks and his team at SERVPRO of Thousand Oaks. I arrived home on a Friday evening before a three-day weekend to find that my house had flooded. Mike and the team were there in about an hour. With quite a bit of damage, they spent days on the remediation, cleaning up at the end of each day which offered a sense of order. My husband was traveling, so I was on my own for what was an extremely stressful time. Mike was so kind, reassuring, and conscientious. He checked on me several times and was very responsive. We are extremely happy with the work they did and would recommend them 100%.

After a damaging flood, Michael Brooks of Servepro Newbury Park, and his team handled and removed the contents of our loved one's condominium with great care and attention. Once warehoused, he was accommodating, patient, and helpful sorting through possessions that would be saved. Thanks, Mike, for your support during a difficult and emotional time.

I can't say enough good about Mike and Servpro. I called from out of town on behalf of my in-laws, who were experiencing a burst pipe while they were out of town. They were squeamish about someone entering their house with no one there, and requested that Mike wait until the late hour of 4 pm, when they returned, before he started the huge job ahead of him. No complaints at all from Mike and his team. Throughout the entire process, they were so caring and concerned about my in-laws. They took care of packing up personal belongings, and did it in such a way that nothing broke, and no box was too heavy, but there wasn't much wasted space either. Bravo! Everything was efficiently done, communication was great, and no stone was left unturned to make sure the damage was undone. Mike obviously had the best interest of my in-laws as his goal, not profit or his convenience. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend Servpro of Thousand Oaks whenever disaster strikes.

Mike Brooks did an outstanding job with a floor restoration job I needed to get fixed. A leaky toilet had gotten the subfloor underneath it wet, and I didn’t hesitate to call ServePro. Mike was prompt, professional and very good about following up over the few days it took to get the job done. He put together a process to dry the floor that was efficient and effective. I don’t know where to begin. Mike and his crew are truly amazing…they saved us. They were with us through a very long, very difficult period when our house had a water intrusion issue. Mike was there personally every step of the way. He was always available to come to our house in a flash, and always available by phone when needed. I can’t speak highly enough about the job that he and his crew did. We couldn’t have made it through with them. 5 STARS!!!

Mike never kept us waiting--he came out, tested for damage, isolated the area, and gave us a reasonable quote all in one day. He knows his stuff, and was able to come up with a workable solution that we've had no issues with. We will definitely be using him again in the future if/when more disasters arise.
