Top 10 reasons to NOT hire Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Missouri: 1. Your project will take way longer than it should. Our kitchen restoration project resulting from a dishwasher leak took over six months, and we had to fight every step of the way or it would have taken even longer. 2. The quality of the work is widely inconsistent depending on who you get to show up representing Paul Davis. 3. The company will not restore your damaged area to how it was before; it will be subpar and you will be vastly disappointed. 4. Paul Davis crew will not show up when they are scheduled so you will have to call to find out when they may actually arrive. 5. A project manager will trespass inside your home when you leave momentarily and was not expecting him at all. (Yes, a police report was filed.) 6. You will have to do too much math. Paul Davis will try to overcharge you on the estimate by artificially inflating the square footage, etc. 7. Then after the project is complete, they will charge you for work not done like installing insulation, which was definitely not installed and sat rain soaked on your driveway for days. 8. You will constantly be having to call them to come out to re-fix something they reportedly already fixed. 9. A company employee will call you a liar when you tell him the company damaged something in your home. 10. They do not care one ounce about you, your house or your project; they just want all your insurance claim money and then some. Absolutely do NOT hire Paul Davis even if your insurance company recommends them. We made that mistake and hope others do not.

The crews from Paul Davis have done a remarkable job in helping us deal with our water leak. They just came in and took over for us. They all were so polite and friendly. We had drywall damage, mold and mildew, and water throughout over half of our house! The guys showed up and assured us that they could and would get our house dried out and back to normal. We were so impressed with all the crews. They came early and stayed late. They tore out drywall, flooring, baseboards, and moved all our belongings to a dry place. The project manager, Mitch, made sure we were informed of each new phase of repair. He also made sure we were involved in decisions and that we were happy with the end result. I hope we never have another reason to call Paul Davis, but I would definitely recommend them to my friends if they ever had a need for their services!!

KYLE epitomized what an emergency water mitigation technician should be. He came out to my house in quickly on the same night as my incident - virtually the moment the tornado warning lifted. He worked with our concerns, worked around our schedules, and best of all he was the gentlemen’s balance of professionalism and relatability. Management, hang on to him!

A incredibly slow company that has caused more damage to the house. I would definitely not recommend this company unless you’re comfortable living under tarps.
