Guardian Angel Restoration

Where to start. I was in tears as water flooded from under my kitchen cabinets and quickly filled my kitchen. Seeping downstairs to ruin some ceiling and walks, I was overwhelmed with where to go. I had heard of Guardian Angel Restoration, and I called them right away. Robin answered my call directly, and in the most earnest yet calming manner asked me what was happening and immediately got her team to my home. Robin navigated my anxiety and made me feel relief immediately. With in 25 minutes I had a whole team at my home. Travis, Rickie, Pops and Mike showed up, and went to work. They saved my kitchen cabinets (only 2 years old) and removed all my flooring, Trim, kick plates etc. They cleaned everything up. There wasn’t a bit of dirt or dust left behind. Big fans and dehumidifiers placed to dry out everything. My husband looked at me and said ‘they made short work of that. It would have taken me days to pull that up.’ This team is amazing. My home is clean, repairs have scheduled, and I am honestly not worried that this happened, because it’s going to be better than it ever was. Guardian Angel Restoration truly helped my family in a moment of need and I am extremely grateful.

Quick, responsive, helpful, and great work. I had a water leak issue that grew into a mold problem and needed wall repairs and my floors redone. The Guardian Angel team was quick to come out and resolve by mitigating the issue (Thank you to Travis!). Dealing with insurance/financial aspect is NOT fun but Emily (a true gem) was so kind and patient with me and the insurance company and quickly responded to all of the questions. From the repair team Jhon and Jhon jr. did such great work and appreciate Justin for finding the best floor match options. I would highly recommend this team if you're having these unfortunate emergencies.

Huge thank you to Grant and Rick from Guardian Angel Restoration for taking such great care of my grandmother’s home after a water loss. They showed up fast, got right to work, and were kind, respectful, and super easy to talk to the whole time. They explained everything clearly, made sure my grandma felt comfortable, and treated her home like it was their own. You can tell they really care about what they do — and the people they’re helping. We’re so grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. I wanted to give a big Thank you to Jeff Reed and Guardian Angel! week ago Sunday we came home to a mess with water coming from ceiling and down my walls and all over my floors! called Guardian Angel they were quick to send someone out and they went strait to work and worked for hours until they had everything under control! so thankful for everything you did! Guardian Angels is what this company is ♥️ Jeff Reed continued to come out working through out the week and was so helpful and thoughtful answering every question we had and assured us everything would be ok and that was very comforting! I can’t say enough great things about Mike and his crew! They responded to my water issue in less than 30 minutes and handled everything with professionalism and care. They dried out the affected areas, communicated clearly throughout the process, and even removed their shoes before entering the yoga room—such a thoughtful touch! They also fixed an issue with my bathroom door, going above and beyond expectations. Their respect, efficiency, and attention to detail were outstanding. Highly recommend their services!

My husband and I would like to give a special Thanks to Angelica, Iris, and Ma. We had a garage fire about a month ago. Our home had lots of smoke damage, they came in and cleaned from top to bottom. They made it feel like home again. They were patient with us, and provided us with step by step instructions of what they were to be doing every step of the way. They were very detailed with their work, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Again, my husband, and I Thank you.
