A pin hole leak beneath, and behind, our hot water heater was how we started the New Year! We talked to Joe, and he put our minds at ease. He kept us updated on everything along the way, and was very easy to contact with questions or concerns. Cason, Alex and the "new guy", did a great job cleaning up the mess and getting all the mold gone - while keeping us laughing the whole time.
