I don't think I have ever written a review before but will gladly offer a 5 star review for First Call 24/7 and the owners Ron and Sharona! Normally when things are going smoothly it's easier for a business to seem competent and responsive towards the needs of their customers. However, I have been extremely impressed with the support and service I have received from everyone at this company especially since we have been going through a world pandemic. Yet they have continued to work to service my needs even while being shorthanded due to the stay at the home mandate. If I have received this kind of help and guidance during this difficult time I am sure once things get back to normal they will continue to do great work to meet our needs. I have received good comments about Ron from other people related to my current claim and it gives me a good sense that they have my back and will continue to work for my best interest! It is a long process and we are in the middle of it yet but I feel the support from Ron, Sharona, Jonathan and the rest of the staff and I definitely appreciate it!
