After a water pipe busted and damaged 6 rooms in the house. We were very apprehensive with the process. Eric explained everything and was very easy to work with. He kept us updated on what was being done and what would be done next. He and his crew were very knowledgeable. They were always helpful. They left the houseed. clean every day. When putting everything back in the house they dusted it. As Eric stated, you could never tell it was damaged. Will use his company again if need

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. Eric — I believe he’s the owner — was absolutely amazing! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. He did a lead-based paint inspection on my home, and thankfully the results showed there was no lead-based paint, which gave me such peace of mind. Even before we knew the results, he walked me through all my options and clearly explained what the process and estimated costs would be if there was any lead present. Everything was very transparent and easy to understand. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine care these days. The service was excellent, and I truly felt I was in good hands from start to finish. I’m even considering doing future remodeling projects with him because of how great the experience was. Best service ever! My house flooded due to a broken pipe, and it was a real mess! My wooden floor got mold, and I thought the whole thing was lost, but the owner, Erik, did an amazing job. Fast communication, great prices overall, 10/10.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job restoring our dining room back to normal. We had a leak from our solar panels that caused water to build up and make our ceiling collapse in. Eric was able to pin point the issue quickly and worked in tandem with the solar company to make our life’s easier. From water restoration to roof patching, FSPR does and DID it all. Very open with communication and respectful of our home and property. FSPR went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone in the DFW area.

Eric is a Godsend!!!! I naturally got upset when I saw mold growing in the water heater closet. Having 5 kiddos, the youngest being 2 months, I wanted it to be resolved right away. Eric came the next day, gave me a game plan, and quoted me a really reasonable price. Work started the next day! It started in the morning and ended in the late afternoon. Additional mold was found and Eric let me know he wasn’t going to charge me more. I’m so thankful! I appreciated the paper being put down on the floors so there was no work residue being tracked on the floor. Clean up was meticulous and the industrial air filter was put on and left for 5 days to make sure our air was safe and clean. I have so much peace of mind with the work down. What a blessing!! I highly recommend Eric!!!

Full Service Property Restoration worked on an area of mold in my house. Erick gave a detailed explanation of their process, addressed my concerns, and accommoded to my schedule. The area was nicely restored with fresh paint and new window sill. I was happy with the overall work.
