In 2019, my home incurred damage from storm water. Water seeped in through roof/attic, through a bedroom, and reached the ceiling of the kitchen below. Before I could get the professional help that I needed, rapid mold growth infected the house, making our home inhabitable for me and my two sons. My insurance company referred Servpro. They handled the entire insurance claim. The head project coordinator was very friendly, assuring, and professional. He explained the project to me and what things that I needed to do for a well coordinated and effective remediation, from killing all mold, carpet removal, flooring replacement, and ceiling replacement. Terron and Joe were at my house for two days doing some remediation of water damage. They are very likeable and professional. 10/10 in all areas, including communication, attention to detail, safety, cleanup, and answering questions.

Terron was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. He was very friendly and professional and acknowledged my grandson and spoke to him. Bob was a very hard worker and cleaned up the mess from my damage. I didn’t speak to him as much because he was very busy working but he was very friendly. They both deserve 5+stars. I was very comfortable in relaxing and letting them do their job.

The staff I worked with to deal with a mold issue were great. Friendly and efficient. The process seems geared around dealing with insurance companies, and the 34 page estimate I got was a lot to sort through, although I imagine necessary when dealing with an insurance company. All of my questions were answered swiftly, they provided great service, and the cleanup crew did a great job too. Thanks!

Ray Tucker, came out thoroughly reviewed the damage and I had an estimate in a short period of time. Terron and his team did a great job with the smoke damage. Highly recommend.

John and Josh were an incredible experience for me. Their work ethic was absolutely stellar. I am so throughly pleased with the work they did in my living room, I could not be happier. I would recommend these 2 wonderful people to everyone!
