Thank God we were recommend Dustin and the team at Service Master CDR from our insurance company ! Anytime we called Dustin answered and even met up with us after hours to work around our busy schedules. I can truly tell they care about what they do while professionally getting the job done. Dustin and the team were fair and honest and truly went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us when getting our home back to normal since we unfortunately faced a worst case mold infestation in our basement. But we couldn’t have found a better knowledgable crew to walk us through the process from start to finish . we feel great knowing the house has structurally scrubbed and cleaned and been under negative pressure throughout. Was blown away by the customer service and professionalism of this company. Extremely helpful in removing moisture from a burst kitchen line. Doug was great with communication and working with us on cleaning our items. Ray showed up on time and made sure all of our items were clean.
