I’m currently in the process of selling my home and was looking for a company to work on my AC closet to do a mold remediation and Tri County has left me impressed. With such a tight schedule and different things happening, Kim has truly stayed in touch and has tried to provide a variety of options and solutions to work with the time frame I have. I contacted Gary, the owner of Tri-County All Restorations, to get a quote for a mold remediation that was based on an assessment I had from another company. He read my report and immediately inquired why I would need such excessive remediation if my air report was nearly perfect? He offered to speak to the assessment company for me and then called me back to say they confirmed that I didn't need anything they originally recommended. He then gave me exact instructions on how I could solve my problem easily on my own. The difference in out of pocket went from $5,000 to $30. Gary wasn't pushing me for business he knew I didn't need and I appreciate that wholeheartedly. If you want someone you can trust, who is experienced and knows this business inside out, this is your guy. It's very rare to find someone who will go out of their way for you like this for nothing. Tri County All Restoration is absolutely the BEST company to work with! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. Matthew and Francisco were incredible—so attentive to the space and extremely professional.
